HOW WE WORK

Speed counts. We believe that "A good plan today" is better than "a perfect plan tomorrow". Wasting time means giving the competition the edge.

Simple is good. We go to a lot of effort on a daily basis to organise our work, our products, our organisation, our meetings and our communication as simply as possible. We practice this internally and in cooperation with our portfolio companies. We believe that we and our partners can make much better use of our time.

People we like. We cannot work with people we do not like. It's like getting married. We like people that demonstrate integrity, intelligence and energy. For this reason we select every partner and colleague according to these criteria.

We do not get involved in the operative management of our portfolio companies, the entrepreneurs can do this better themselves.
